Lee Lowrey

Lee Lowrey brings over 30 years of experience in real estate financing, development, and investment to Lowrey Development Group. Guided by a commitment to creating vibrant communities for families and individuals, Lee excels in developing relationships and crafting win-win solutions for all stakeholders. He is also the co-founder and a principal of Arbor Capital Partners, developing beautiful communities across Colorado.

Lowrey Development Group specializes in creating master-planned communities through entitling real estate developments in Colorado, Utah, Texas, and California. Prior to founding Lowrey Development Group, Lee’s extensive background in real estate private equity focused on sourcing, structuring, and underwriting new investment opportunities for commercial real estate development projects.

Lee graduated from USC with a Bachelor of Science in Business and currently sits on the Executive Committee of the USC Lusk School of Real Estate. He has served as a commissioner and chairman of the John Wayne/Orange County Airport Commission, and as a commissioner and chairman of the Newport Beach Planning Commission. Lee has been a resident of Newport Beach, CA, since 1998 and proudly calls Colorado his part-time home with his wife and son.
