Riverbend

Riverbend in Johnstown, Colorado, is a 170-acre project with an anticipated 90 homes in the first filing and 250 in the second. The community plan and design reinforces the culture, legacy, and vision of Johnstown at every opportunity.

The design of Riverbend takes into account the beauty of the land and places the future homeowner into a community that preserves the natural environment, fosters connections among residents through thoughtful design, provides walkability on over 70 acres of open space, all with the convenience of main street Johnstown just a walk away. Development is expected to commence in the Spring of 2025.

ACCORD

ACCORD is the future home to over 140 acres of commercial and residential development located at US Interstate I-25 and Highway 60 in Johnstown, Colorado. The planned commercial area of Accord will feature convenient access to I-25 with multiple retail and other commercial opportunities located along Highway 60 and I-25. The residential design will feature multiple product types from single-family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and multi-family living all designed specifically within a connected residential community. Development is expected to commence Summer 2025/Fall 2025.

Trails at Creekview

Trails at Creekview is a planned residential community located in Berthoud, Colorado consisting of over 140 acres. Offering unparalleled views of the Front Range, Trails at Creekside will offer multiple home designs and layouts, all surrounded by walking trails, parks, a community clubhouse, a pool, as well as vast open space. All while being located within a short distance of schools, multiple recreational activities, and the idyllic Berthoud downtown. Development is expected to commence in Fall of 2024.

Kitchel Lake at Serratoga Falls

Located on 330 acres in Timnath just East of Fort Collins, CO, Kitchel Lake is a multi-phase project consisting of 500 Residential Lots. The community was brought to life over a period of two years, where the team worked with the municipality to entitle the property for development, installed utilities and infrastructure, and brought in three national home builders to develop the parcels for sale to families and individuals in Northern Colorado. The community maximizes access to its natural features with Kitchel Lake, various community parks, and trails.

Heritage Ridge, Berthoud, CO

Heritage Ridge is a beautifully master-planned community offering a variety of home types and an abundance of open space just minutes from desirable downtown Berthoud. The project sits on approximately 160 acres and is nearly 500 new homes. The team navigated many challenges as the town evolved their zoning process in order to bring the community to life. The development carefully crafted a site complete with extensive native landscaping, community amenities of a community pool and cabana, parks, and trails.

Northridge Estates

Northridge Estates is planned community located in northern Greeley consisting of over 230 homes. Located adjacent to Northridge High School, the community conveniently offers residents a distinct location immediately accessible to nearby shopping and schools. Just minutes from the Poudre River Trail, Signature Bluffs Natural Area and Boomerang Links Golf Course means residents have an abundance of options for outdoor recreation. The project team worked along side many stakeholders as the team completed municipal entitlements and constructed all the necessary infrastructure improvements to allow homebuilders to build and offer a diverse array of housing.

Cottonwood Greens

Cottonwood Greens is a 368 unit planned community consisting of single-family homes and townhomes located in Fort Lupton, Colorado – a small town great for raising a family. The convenient location features a number of local parks and trails, recreational activities including the adjacent Coyote Creek golf course, an abundance of nearby job opportunities, and easy access to Denver International Airport. Cottonwood Greens features a diverse lineup of spacious floor plans, ranging from three to five bedrooms, each with a 2-car garage and a host of included upgrades. The project team worked closely with public and private stakeholders to ensure all voices were heard during the entitlement process to create a resident-focused community which added to the growth plan of Ft. Lupton.
